To view this newsletter in the browser, click here                 Issue #135       A newsletter from Creativegarh to help you live a life of passion, purpose and meaning.         You haven't met all of you yet.                     Maybe you haven’t met that version of yourself that is done with all forms of conditional love—the one that has to be earned, the love that has made you push away and abandon your authentic self.           Maybe that version of you is still elusive—the version that doesn’t want to fit into an algorithm, a catchphrase, a genre; the one that behaves, is predictable, digestible, measurable, explainable and marketable. That version is waiting to become you as soon as you are willing to become yourself as someone who has created themselves by their own light and not by someone else’s expectations of them.           Maybe you have yet to meet that version of you that does not live in a world of assumptions, assuming that people are supposed to get you and understand you. It’s not the responsibility of the world to walk on eggshells around you or read your mind and honour your wishes. Ask for what you want without guilt. Stop playing the guessing game.           Maybe you are still to meet that version of you that moves like you’ve already been chosen, like God sent you here into every room, like you are the light that the world has been seeking, like you are the one who lives in a perennial state of joy, abundance and gratefulness.           Maybe you are still to meet that version of you that doesn’t want to run away from life anymore but rather embrace it fully. And as you embrace this life, you realise that the tighter you try to hold it together, the more it falls apart. The lighter the holding, the tighter the hug of the universe.           Maybe you are ready to meet that version of you that has to learn that thinking of your life as a work of art is not what this is all about. It’s about getting yourself to a wonderful state where creating a beautiful life for yourself and others is inevitable.           Maybe the version of you that believes that love is an emotion has to give way to the version that knows that love is a state of awareness, a way of being in this world and seeing yourself and others.           Maybe you haven’t met all of you yet, but as you meet every part of you, you don’t get to dump the earlier versions of yourself. Because every version of you has just one purpose—to make you feel and become love.           Big hearts do small things in a big way.                     Big hearts show up.           They show up with love for themselves, their gifts and talents and to honour their purpose. They show up with every cell of their being for their dreams and the collective dream of the universe.           They show up to free themselves from everything and live and love fearlessly. They take thousands of reasonable steps to make an unreasonable life for themselves.           They probably do the same things as everyone else, but they do them mindfully, with abundant love, compassion, empathy, generosity, gratefulness, gratitude, kindness and forgiveness. But most importantly, with detachment from the outcome, but not indifferent to the light they know they hold and bring.           They come from, not for. They come from joy, not for joy; from happiness, not for happiness; from peace, not for peace.           They smell flowers, wear perfume, light candles, feel the rain on their skin, share their food with the poor, hug more, hug tight, wear fleece, walk on grass, jump out of bed, sunbathe, walk around the city, walk barefoot, cycle, swim, dance, light a bonfire, tell someone they love them, unruffle a relationship, smile, count blessings, not likes, create art, sing, decorate the room, bake, make coffee, daydream, journal, go on a solo date, dance, notice little things, pay compliments, pay their vendors and choose to be kind.           They do small things in a big way. As if life is a ritual and their job is to respond to life in simple ways and honour it. When life hits them like a rollercoaster, they find solace in the simplicity of everyday rituals. They do the dishes, clean drawers, fold laundry and water plants.           Like it is with everyone, a lot takes up space in their hearts too, starting with those who have harmed, left, deceived, or hurt them in some way.           They let go. They forgive them. They make space in their heart for love.           Because they know, without letting go, they will continue to be imprisoned by their past, chained by resentment and anger and held captive by a small life locking them into patterns, habits, beliefs and feelings that deny their soul the freedom to express itself. Because they know that they are holding onto hate and grudges just because, but they fear that once the hate is gone, they will have to deal with their pain.           If our ability to express ourselves with authenticity and fearlessness comes from the deepest part of our heart, we need to make space here. We need to make our heart big by filling it with love of the present and letting go of the experiences of the past, the grudges and the resentments.
