To discover that you are me, but for that, you have to dis-cover all those masks and layers that you are wearing and find me sitting within you.           You are also here to remember who you are. And that is me - you are a part of me. You need to re-member yourself to me and not live as a separate self. Re-member to the wholeness, the absolute, the infinite, the source. Me.           You: And why don't you just tell me all this instead of making me go through all this pain and suffering to discover and remember you?           Youniverse: Because I want you to experience me by experiencing what I am not. Only when you know pain will you know joy, only when you know fear will you know love, only when you know grief will you know gratitude, only when you know depression will you know expression.           But in reality, I am the pain and the fear, I am also the grief and the depression. Everything is me, and your work in this reincarnation is to fully experience me so you can experience your own magnificence.           And well, all this is fun, why be so serious?           You: You find all this fun? Play?           Youniverse: Yes, this universe is my Leela. You are not meant to take this life seriously. Play, have fun, dance, sing, create, feel the joy of being alive. It's all temporary. It shall all pass - the joys and sorrows, all shall pass. In all this, keep your thoughts on me, devoted to me. Wholly, fully, lovingly, inexhaustibly.           Youniverse: Create. Create because I have created the human being to consciously create new ideas and manifest me into the world. Unlike the baya weaver, which can create only a nest, and other species that create only to protect, hunt, and attract mates to procreate, the human being can create to experience me - the divinity in them. And pure creation happens when you allow yourself to fully experience life, the highs as well as the lows. So don't live creating only the highs and avoiding the lows. Create because with every creation, you manifest the creator himself. You manifest me, and you manifest the divinity within you. Both are me.           You: And how does one create?           Youniverse: Don't wait for me or an idea. Come to the idea. Your work is not to find the idea but to embrace it when it comes to you. The idea is also me coming to you because you sought me. Make this process personal. Because if creation is personal, only then will it be wholly universal. Dis-cover everything that keeps you from knowing me: your beliefs, your conditioning, your prejudices. But once the creation is created, dissolve into it and allow it to be consumed by the infinite as you get consumed with your next creation from nothingness.           Make every creation a devotion to me. When you make a cup of tea, imagine that I will drink it. When you make a movie, imagine that I will watch it. When you write a story, imagine that I will listen to it. That's how you re-member me - by becoming one with me again.           You: I see.           Youniverse: Just see God in everything - even in this word. And this one too. Imagine I am sitting with you writing this and I will be reading this too.                 Whatever we do is a cry for love or an expression of love.                     Sometimes we are childlike, sometimes we are childish. Sometimes we are the victims, sometimes, the perpetrators. Sometimes we are hurt, sometimes we go out and hurt others and sometimes we apply balm on ourselves and where others are hurting.           We are either expressions of love or a cry for love.           We hurt not always because we hate but because we want to be loved, wanted, heard, held, empathised with, spoken to with compassion, we want the world to be kind to us too. We hurt others because we are hurt and the only way we understand love is by hurting others. It's our coping mechanism, our cry for help, our familiar zone. And we are not even aware of it. We play to the pain patterns passed on to us generation after generation. We act out our generational trauma as a cry for love, the soul’s cry for help to become whole and complete again.           We self sabotage our own ideas just to feel loved and heard. We show up with anger because we want to love and protect ourselves. We wage wars because we want to feel belonged. We become cruel because all we want is to be seen, talked about and be on someone’s mind. We become nasty because we don't want to lose someone and we keep holding onto them. When we feel unloved is when fear sets in and we do what we do to feel loved again. We keep being harsh on ourselves, we hurt ourselves, we keep ourselves incapable just so that we don't lose our caregivers and those who give us love. We keep people dependent on us because that is the only way for us to avoid getting hurt and lonely. Everything we do, as evil, contemptuous, uncompassionate or hurtful it sounds, is a cry for love.           And when we show up with love, it's an expression of love. When we meet anger with sympathy, contempt with compassion and cruelty with kindness, we become an expression of love. When we forgive and let go of a grudge, we behold miracles and turn that cry of love from others into a petition heard and open doors for them into the world of healing and love.           When we shelter, we become an expression of love, when we show up with generosity, we become love, when we realise that all of us at some stage have been shattered, broken, fearful, vindictive and vulnerable, our empathy is an expression of love. When we show up with no expectation of the outcome of our care, we express love. When we set others free from the confines of their own beliefs, fears, dogmas and expectations, we become an expression of love.           Whatever we do is either a cry for love or an expression of love. Love is how we were created and how we were always meant to be. Love is our factory default setting.
