To view this newsletter in the browser, click here                 Issue #195       A newsletter from Creativegarh to help you live a life of passion, purpose and meaning.         The sacred choice your soul made to be human.                     Right before this present reincarnation, you were called for an investiture ceremony - a ceremony to celebrate your beingness, your eternal, ever-changing essence, and to offer you a choice of your next life.           Your soul mates, soul families, gurus and guides, ancestors and angels were in attendance. And also with you, standing on stage, were some of your soul friends, who were ready for their next reincarnation.           When it came to making a choice, one of your classmates chose to become a tree. I want one lifetime of rest, of rootedness, just being, just growing at the pace of an old Oak, no rush, offering shade without the need to be seen, nothing to prove, nowhere else to be. I want to be climbed, embraced, and weathered, allow birds to build homes in my body, carry all the wisdom of the universe, and surrender to the mercy of the elements.           Everyone clapped, some were proud, all cried.           Another soul chose to become a Golden Retriever. I want to give uncomplicated, unconditional love, make loyalty a spiritual path, greet every day as a miracle, heal through companionship, and live a life of affection, play, trust, and innocence.           Everyone clapped, some went awwwww, all cried.           And thus the ceremony continued. Someone chose to become a river to keep moving, one chose to become a mountain to learn still strength, one chose to become a bird to know unbridled freedom.           And then all eyes were on you.           What do you want to be, they asked.           Human, you said.           I choose to reincarnate as a human.           I want to love freely like a Golden, I want to live freely like an Oak. I want to taste the best foods and view the most beautiful sunsets. I want to dive into the oceans, climb mountains, and swim in rivers. I want to laugh till my stomach hurts, cry till my heart splits open. I want to experience the 87 emotions, to learn how to dance, grieve, love, feel, create. Create, yes, and become a channel, a zariya, an instrument for God to create through me and for the universe to experience its own magnificence and grandness through me.           You did not choose this human life to stay angry, fearful, hold pain, regrets, grief, and grudges. You came here to live it fully, wholesomely, with abandon, to become an embodiment and instrument of love.           The only question to ask then is, what wants to be loved through me right now?           For that is the real purpose of human life - to love this moment, to love the joy, to love another, to love existence so consciously that even your ordinary days become an offering.           The tree does this by standing. The golden retriever does this by wagging. And you do this by becoming love with awareness.                       There’s no joy in dancing with you. It takes तू to tango.                     In the cosmic dance of creation, the universe needs you. Creation needs a Shiva and Shakti, purusha and prakriti, the universe and you. In life, it takes two to tango, but in your life, it takes तू.           You.           You may feel lost, unloved, uncared for, abandoned by the universe, thinking that you have been sent here to create a big life, but no ideas are being sent your way. You feel that you have to do it all by yourself.           But the universe did not create this universe as a do-it-yourself model. The universe clearly remembers packing a ‘duet yourself’ kit in your spiritual backpack when you left the heavens for this short stint on earth.           In you, in the deepest part of you, from where you want to create the life you desire, lies this kit. And to use this kit, you need to get into an intimate dance with the divine, become his voice as he sings a song through you, become his flute as he creates the most beautiful melody through you, become his hands as he creates the most stunning art through you, become his words as he creates a relationship of pure love through you. Just ‘duet’ with the divine.           See, the duet yourself kit is like you are doing everything, but in reality, it's God who is creating through you. You just have to have the willingness to create, a strong sankalp, know your means to create, and then show up. And then bring your तू-ness to the party - the unique spiritual signature tattooed on your being by the divine himself.           And while it will seem like there is a lot of action happening by you, the truth is, there's inaction in action. Inaction of the ego and action only by God through you. And as you allow this intimate tango to happen between you and the universe, you will manifest the divine in this world as a song, an art, a software, a building, a relationship, a story, a joke, a composition, a recipe… anything that you want him to be.           Just surrender the outcome to God and make this act selfless. You can take all the credit if you want, but is it really selfless then? That is the question you need to ask.           You now ask, in this duet, do you do nothing? Are you just the universe's puppet?           That may be a cute way of looking at it, but yes, your role is to serve the divine so that the universe can serve you. Make your creation an offering to God, your higher self. Allow God to manifest himself through you. The divine sits in the deepest part of you. To manifest him, you have to meet him there by walking through the varied prisons of your conditioning, programming, and the separate self that you’ve created.           The divine is waiting to start the tango with you.
